If you have an account released by BRUSSELS EXPO, please log in via the BRUSSELS EXPO portal.

If you have created an account on our website (portal), you can log in directly. It is not necessary to go through the BRUSSELS EXPO portal.

Creating a new account is only possible for B2B, project participants ("fair participants") or stand builders ("contractors").

Fill in your company details, including VAT number (very important for us).

Please note that billing details may differ from those of the final consumer of our products.

On our webshop, the only method of payment is by debit/credit card. Payment can be made at least 24 hours after placing the items in the shopping cart.

Only FULLY COMPLETED orders will be processed by BRUSSELS FOODIE.

On site, a CASHLESS policy applies to all BRUSSELS EXPO fixed catering points (BESHOP 5, BESHOP 9, Café 6, Café 4, Hot Dog points in halls 1-3 and 7-9) or to any mobile catering point.

You can pay with your debit/credit or F&B card.

On our portal you will have the possibility to order three types of products:

    Food (order delay time: from 24h to 72h): For breakfast, lunch or aperitives

    Beverage (next day delivery if slots available): Soft drinks, waters, coffee, tea, beers, wines, and bubbles. Note that we propose only articles of our partnerships. All other products that you may want to consume in/offer to public are not allowed.

    Non-Food (order delay time: up to 10days): Coffee machines, water fountains, glasses, BIO cups etc..

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED VIA THE WEBSHOP!

After signing in/creating a new account you must choose the project (fair) that you are participating. Then choose articles that you desire. Keep in mind that for some articles there is a delay that can go up to 10days. All delays are mentioned in the description area of the article.

At the checkout section you will have the possibility to choose the delivery date, delivery hour, hall number, your booth name and number.

Bear in mind that ONE ORDER = ONE DELIVERY moment. You will have to place separate orders in case you are willing to order for different delivery moments.

For example: in case you are willing to order a breakfast platter for the morning and sandwiches for the lunch, you will have to place TWO separate orders; one for the morning (breakfast platter) and one for the lunch (sandwiches). There is no limitation on the numbers of orders that you place.

NO, there is no deadline for placing orders. Our webshop will be open during the fair.

The only things to considerate is the availability of timeslots for a particular delivery date and delay time for each item particularly.

That means no more delivery slots are available.

Our standard is 30 available spots ('delivery moments') per time slot, which can vary from exhibition to exhibition.

If there are no delivery slots available for the chosen delivery slot, the system will not allow you to place the order.

NO!

Due to food safety concerns and engaging for a better service to the next customers, we are unable to accept leftovers (food or beverage) even when they are still packed/untouched. Once one food or beverage article has left our depot/preparation base, CAN NOT be returned.

In order to prevent food waste, we really ADVICE you to order only what you need. In case of urgent food need, there are shops in the Brussels Expo area where you can head to and grab some food (subject to availability and variation). No need to wait in the line as an exhibitor.

For some Non – Food items there is an order delay of up to 10 days. Some items are subject to availability and will disappear automatically from the portal. The item price covers the renting period of the fair. The items have to return in the state of the delivery! In case of any defect please contact us immediately.

If the items have been returned in other state that on the delivery, a fee will be applied.

Return: we will by default collect all NON – FOOD returnable items (coffee machines, empty keg’s, CO2 bottles etc.) at the end of the fair. During that time the liability is yours! On you demand, we can also come and pick up items before the end of the fair.

If an order has not been delivered successfully, please check these situations first:

    Were you absent on the spot? In this case, we have left a delivery failure slip. Please contact the number on the placard.
      Are there any missing or different items in the order? Missing items: this means that we are genuinely out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we would like to apologise up front.
      Items different from those originally purchased: we have found a similar item.

    BRUSSELS FOODIE apologizes in advance and will refund any UNDELIVERED items. If various items are delivered, only those delivered will be invoiced. In this case, we also provide an extra incentive. In both cases, please INDICATE this on the delivery receipt, sign it and do not hesitate to Send us an e-mail with the signed receipt attached.

:
    NON-FOOD: 10 days before the delivery date
    FOOD: 5 days before the delivery date
    Beverage: 3 days before the delivery date

Send us an e-mail indicating the order number and the changes to be made.

If an order cancellation/modification request is sent and falls within the deadline, BRUSSELS FOODIE is under no obligation to act other than to deliver the order. No refund will be made for the return of an item that has left our warehouse and been delivered to you. A fee may be charged for any order cancelation/modification.

To facilitate the purchase of food and beverages for organizers and exhibitors at a trade show, we can provide Worldline payment cards in an amount of your choice. (max. € 150,-).

The service fee is only an one-time € 1,50 excl. VAT per card and use is simple, fast and secure:
    F&B cards can be used in all catering points of BRUSSELS EXPO

At the end of the fair, only the actual consumption is billed.

You can also recharge a card that you have received from the fairs before. In this case send us the card number(s) and the amount that needs to be recharged. Recharge a card

One customer account is created based on the VAT number.

If the company has a new VAT number, please create a new account.

If you want to change the company information for invoicing, please send us an email with the company's email address and the information to be changed.

ALL invoices will be sent after the fair!

This includes all orders that you have placed through our portal and the additional services that you may have requested from us (staff and reception on stand/booth).
